Deroit Firehouse Walk-Through

Two weeks ago, we traveled to Detroit to look at an old firehouse owned by a former fire chief!

We spent the day looking at the firehouse building and running development numbers for the owner. Creating a financial plan that banks can wrap their minds around is critical… and hard to do.

The interior is nearly intact - even with the firefighter pole and tile all throughout. Very cool space.

We wish this owner luck on his next few steps to making this happen!
