Dallas Dares to Dream Small.

Everything doesn’t have to be bigger in Texas! The Dream Small group is leading the way. Since the first ever Incremental Development Alliance meeting in 2015, Dallas, Texas has been a hub for small scale developers. Led by Monte Anderson, the monthly meetings are held inside Tyler Station at Wax Space. Over the years, topics have been about pro forma, financing, property management, architecture, design and so much more. Each monthly meeting has approximately 50 attendees there to build their knowledge and grow their contacts to ensure their projects are successful.
