Monte Launches Collab !

Let’s talk about suburban retrofit! We all know that Monte is on the move with very innovative projects. He has officially launched Collab - his locally owned co working space in Duncanville! It is unique - affordable, well designed and economically and physically manageable because he moved his offices and team into it to ensure there is always a presence.

What is so unique about this is - it is in an old strip center that Monte is incrementally upgrading with housing on the lots, better signage, removing parking for trailers, splitting up the larger commercial spaces to provide smaller affordable studio spaces in the rear of the commercial spaces - and more.
